基于碳水化合物信息融合的中药多元指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：利用超滤法和高效液相色谱法,对3种不同产地的茯苓进行了研究,提出了建立基于多糖的二元指纹图谱的工艺流程和分析方法.以广西茯苓为基准计算,得到的湖南和云南茯苓与广西茯苓的相似性分别为0.919 0,0.740 0.结果表明,基于碳水化合物信息融合的多元指纹图谱方法可以有效地对不同产地的茯苓进行筛选,是一种有效的中药多糖质量控制的方法.Ultrafiltration method and High-performance Liquid Chromatography were employed for the fingerprint profiling of carbonhydrates from a popular medicinal fungus known as Poria cocos or Fu-ling. The feasibility of employing the High-performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC） peak profiles of carbohydrates for the screening of the polysaccharides extracted from various Poria cocos samples of different origin was demonstrated. The similarity of Yunnan Fu-ling and Hunan Fu-ling in comparison with Guangxi Fu-ling was 0. 9190 and 0. 7400, respectively. The method described in this paper will be useful in the quality control of various TCM po- lysaccharides products.
