摘 要:将一定量的活性炭与高浓度苯酚废水混合置于微波专用反应器中进行微波辐照,通过改变微波作用时间、微波功率、溶液PH值、苯酚浓度、固(活性炭)液比,研究苯酚废水在活性炭及微波辐射共同作用下的除污效果.结果表明:对苯酚浓度为约1 000 mg/L的废水,在微波功率300 W,固液比1∶20,微波辐射30 min的条件下,苯酚的去除率可达85.4%,较单独的活性炭吸附除苯酚率提高了20.3%.微波辐射/活性炭作用处理苯酚废水的过程可用一级动力学模型较好地描述.机理分析表明,微波辐照对活性炭吸附性能的改善与强化作用是去除苯酚的主要原因.The mixture of some amount of activated carbon and high concentration phenolic wastewater was put into a special reactor for microwave irradiation. Through the change of microwave irradiation time, microwave power, PH of solution, phenolic concentration and solid(activated carbon) /liquid ratio, the removal effect of phenolic wastewater under the activated carbon adsorption and microwave irradiation was studied. The results have shown that the removal efficiency of phenol can come up to 85.4% for about 1 000 mg/L phenolic wastewater under the condition of microwave power 300 W,solid/liquid ratio 1 : 20,and irradiation time 30 min, which is 20.3% better than activated carbon adsorption alone. The process of microwave irradiation/activated carbon for treatment of phenolic wastewater can be well described by the first order reaction kinetics. The mechanism analysis has shown that the improvement and strengthening of activated carbon adsorption under microwave irradiation play a dominating role in the removal of phenol.
