犬眠宝与眠乃宁临床麻醉效果的对比实验

摘　　要：为了比较犬眠宝与眠乃宁对犬的临床麻醉效果,本实验采用二种方法对犬进行麻醉,麻醉期间对镇痛、镇静、肌松、呼吸、心率、体温及血氧饱和度等指标进行监测。结果显示:犬眠宝诱导期为6.14±1.31min,眠乃宁为11.3±1.2min。眠乃宁麻醉镇痛、镇静、肌松维持时间较短,在60min左右,而犬眠宝可达80min,二者差异性极显著(P<0.01)。眠乃宁比犬眠宝对呼吸、循环的抑制均严重,眠乃宁麻醉组血氧饱和度的下降幅度较大。In order to compare the anesthesia effects between quanmianbao and Miannaining, two anesthesia methods were used in this test,the analgesia,sedation muscle relaxation,heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxyen saturation, body temperature, respiratory rate wer monitored during ansethesia. The results show that induction time were 6.14±1.31 min anesthesia with Quanmianbao, and the induction time were 11.3±1.2 min with Miannaining;the maintained time were 60 min,however the maintained time was 80 min anesthesia with Quanmianbao,there were significance difference between Quanmianbao and Miannaining （P〈0. 01）. Miannaining have more side effects on respiration,circulation system and blood oxygen saturation the Quanmianbao.
