摘　　要：本文通过与拉梅理论解的比较证明空间等参元适用于对冷镦模进行应力分析。通过算例取得了圆形阴模内应力分布随压力区高度的变化规律。进而以M12螺母冷镦模为例,分析了六角形阴模在角点处的应力集中以及预应力过盈量对冷镦模应力场的影响,为模具的优化设计提供了方法和依据。It is discussed in this Paper the space equal paranieter element is suitable for the stress analysis of cold forming dies as compared with lem'e solutions, The law of stress distribution of circle die insert that varies with pressure area height is obtained·T he influence of stress concentration and shriking on allowance on stress distribution of cold forming die is anatysised by caculating the stress of the sixangle die insert in actul working conditon It is important to supply a method and reference for design of cold forming die.
