摘　　要：以一低压电路的罩壳为研究对象,分析了零件的几何形状和性能特点,并对冲压成形进行了分析,设计了斜楔式水平冲孔模结构,介绍了运动方向转换机构、滑块运动机构、工作零部件的定位等关键技术,还阐述了模具成组制造关键技术,结果表明,模具生产的零件合格,适用于不同角度成组孔的冲压生产。The geometry and properties of the housing of a low voltage circuit were analyzed. After an analysis on the stamping process, a wedge-type horizontal piercing die was developed. The transformation mechanism of direction, motion of slide and positioning of working components were presented. The key technology in group manufacturing of dies was also introduced. The application proves feasible in punching group holes with different angles
