摘  要:本文观察了29例高原肺水肿患者的红细胞免疫粘附功能及调节因子水平,与34例初入高原健康人及25例急性高原反应患者进打了比较,探讨了与本病发病机理的关系,并对临床意义作了初步分析。结果表明:高原肺水肿患者红细胞免疫粘附功能低于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞免疫粘附促进因子降低而抑制因子升高(P<0.01),动态观察显示经治疗后可以得到恢复。提示红细胞免疫粘附功能及调节因子参与高原肺水肿病理发生发展过程,其测可作为高原肺水肿疗效观察与急性高原反应的鉴别诊断指标,对高原肺水肿的预防和治疗具有一定的意义。This paper observed the immune adherencefunction of Recl Blood Cell (RBC) and its level ofcontrol factors in serum of 29 patients with HighAltitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE) and comparedwith 34 healthy people who came to the high alti-tude for the first time and 25 patients with high alti-tude acute reactions (HAAR). Study for the relationof pathologic process between RBC and HAPE andanalysed the clinical significance briefly. The resultsindicated that the immune adherence function ofRBC in patients with HAPE are lower than contrastgroup (P<0. 05 ); RBC immune adherence promo-tive factors decreased and inhibitory factors in-creased (P<0.01), Dynamic observation shows thatit can be returned normal after treatment. Thesesuggest that the immune adherence function of RBCand its control factors in serum have taken part inthe pathologic process of HAPE. This test may usedas a index of HAPE cure effect and diflerential di-agnosis between HAPE and HAAR. There are somesignificance for prevention and treatment of HAPE.
