摘  要:FC-40催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)研制的新一代高中油型加氢裂化催化剂。反应性能研究结果表明,在相同试验条件下,与国内外同类型催化剂相比,FC-40催化剂的反应温度降低2℃以上,中油收率高出2个百分点以上,而产品分布相当;2000 h稳定性试验表明,该催化剂的平均失活速率仅为0.014℃.d-1。该催化剂具有加氢性能好、中油选择性高、原料适应性强及目的产品质量优等特点,可满足炼厂加氢裂化装置加工各种重馏分油、最大量生产中间馏分油,以及长期稳定运转的使用要求。FC-40, newly developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum &Perochemicals (FRIPP), is a hydrocracking catalyst with high yield of middle distillate. Using the same kind of domestic and foreign catalysts as reference catalysts, the performance test results showed that, under the same condition, the operating temperature of FC - 40 decreased more than 2 ℃ and the yield of middle distillate of FC - 40 increased by more than 2 percentages with equivalent product distribution. The 2 000 hour life test showed that average deactivation rate of the catalyst is ≯ 0.14℃. With its good hydrogenation activity, high middle distillate selectivity, feedstock adaptability and quality target products, FC - 40 catalyst meets the requirements of hydrocracking unit for processing various distillates to produce maximum middle distillate, while maintaining long stable operation.
