摘　　要：循环经济是实现区域可持续发展的理想模式。本文在分析我国经济快速发展过程中所面临的资源与环境问题背景下,探索性地提出了发展循环经济的梯度推进战略,进一步论证了实施的内在原因与三个阶段的战略部署。针对我国区域发展问题的差异性,提出了我国东、中、西部和东北地区发展循环经济的区域模式。Recycling economy is an ideal pattern to realize the sustainable development. Under the circumstances of analyzing resources and environment problems faced by rapid economic growth in China, this paper puts forward the exploratory strategy on advance - grads to develop recycling economy, and further demonstrates the intrinsic reasons and three stages of strategic deployment. In the light of differences of regional development, the regional patterns of developing recycling economy in eastern, central, western and northeastern are brought forward.
