Angio-seal血管封堵器在心导管术后的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价Angio-seal血管封堵器在冠状动脉造影及介入术后股动脉封闭中的应用价值。方法:将120例患者分为血管封堵器(VCD)组(58例)和人工压迫(MC)组(62例),观察止血成功率、止血时间、卧床时间、腰背不适及血管性并发症。结果:VCD组止血时间、卧床时间及腰背不适明显低于MC组(P<0.05)。2组止血成功率、腹股沟皮下血肿及血管迷走神经反射差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Angio-seal血管封堵器对股动脉穿刺点能快速、有效地止血,缩短卧床时间,且不增加血管性并发症,可广泛应用于经皮冠状动脉手术后的病人的股动脉穿刺口的处理。Objective： To evaluate the value of Anglo-seal vascular closure device （VCD） in femoral artery closure after coronary angiography （CAG） or percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods： A total of 120 patients were divided into vascular closure device （VCD）group （n = 58） and manual compression （MC） group （62 cases）. The success rate of hemostasis, thetime of hemostasis, the time of bedrest, the rate of distress on the waist were, and the complication rate were observed. Results： Compared with MC group, the time of hemostasis, the time of bedrest and the rate of distress on the waist were markedly decreased in VCD group （P 〈0.05）. But there were no notable differences in the success rate of hemostasis, groin hematoma and vasovagal reflex （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Anglo-Seal vascular closure device provided a safe and effective means of obtainig rapid arterial hemostasis after cardiac catheterization. It reduces the bedrest time and discomfort without increasing complications. It is applicable for patients with cardiac catheterization procedures.
