摘 要:在户外家具及包装框架结构中,T型和L型构件是两种常见的结构形式,其连接性能直接影响到制品的连接性能及品质。将木塑复合材料的两种结构形式(L型和T型)和两种接合方式(共面与非共面)看成是半刚性连接,并将其简化为构件模型,通过最大破坏载荷、角应变、抵抗弯矩、M/γ值等指标,分析了不同接合方式对木塑构件结构强度的影响。研究结果表明,共面接合的L型构件与T型构件静曲强度差异性不明显,共面与非共面接合强度差异性显著。L-type and T-type of outdoors furniture and packaging frames are two common structural patterns, and their joint characteristics will affect directly on the joint characteristic and quality of the whole product. The two forms of structures ( L-type and T-type) and two types of joints ( the coplanar joint and the no coplanar joint) were regarded as semi rigid joints and were simplified as structural models. The influences of joining modes on the strength of WPC structure were analyzed by using the indexes such as max breaking load, angular strain, resistance moment, and . The results showed that there were no significant differences of static bending strength between L-type and T - type, and there were significant differences between the coplanar joint and the no coplanar one.
