摘　　要：本文采用原子吸收分光光度法测定30种药材、两种提取方法提取液中6种微量元素含量，结果表明6种微量元素在提取过程中WE法有不同程度的丧失、WAE法极大部分丧失。The contents of six trace elements in extracts of thirty species of Chinese crude drug using two different extractionmethods were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results indicated that the six trace elements were lost invarious degrees in the process of water extraction method and were almost completely lost in the process of water extraction andalcohol precipitation method.
