摘　　要：本文对湖南地区12家医院1996年抗感染药购入数据进行统计．并参照国家基本药物目录．按金额排序法列出购入金额前50位的药品。对数据进行分析和预测。以供国家基本药物目录修正．医院内部基本药物目录连选参考．指导临床合理用药。The data of anti infective agents of national basic drugs purchased in 12 Hospitals of Hunan Province in l996 werecollected. According to the order of sum of money. we listed the first 50 agents used. The data were analysed and the trends of theuse of anti-infective agents were predicted to provide a reference for revising the list of national basic drugs. selecting the hospitalbasic drugs and promoting clinical rational drug utilization.
