摘　　要：目的:加强抗菌药物临床使用监控,促进合理用药。方法:临床药师通过负责全院抗菌药物的合理应用及会诊指导与监督,参与医院感染管理工作。结果与结论:临床药师通过加强抗菌药物临床使用监控、参与危重感染患者的临床会诊、认真评价处方及病历用药的合理性等方式参与医院感染管理工作,有利于加强抗菌药物的监控管理。OBJECTIVE： To strengthen monitoring on the clinical use of antibacterials so as to promote rational drug use. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists worked on the rational use of antibacterials, offered consultation guidance and monitoring to participate the affairs about hospital infection control. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists＇ participation in hospital infection control by strengthening the monitoring of the rational clinical use of antibaeterials, participating in clinical eonsultanee of critical infective patients, careful evaluating prescriptions and medical histories in respect of the rationality of drug use can help strengthen the control on the clinical use of antibacterials.
