留置导管颈硬膜外麻醉下手法治疗肩关节周围炎50例疗效观察

摘　　要：采用留置硬膜外导管、重复颈硬膜外麻醉和激素封闭、多次无痛下手法松解和练功的综合疗法治疗肩关节周围炎５０例，结果优７５．４％，良２０．８％，好转１．９％，无效１．９％。观察认为本法具有麻醉肌松效果好，病人无痛苦，手法操作简便，无并发症等优点。ifty cases of shoulder periarthritis were treated by manual relief and training practice under repeated cervical extradural anesthesia with a catheter extradurally retained and hormone blockade.The results were excellent in 75.4%,good in 20.8%,improved in 1.9% and ineffective in 1.9%.Through observations,it was believed that the method has advantages,such as a good anesthetic and musclerelaxing effect,simple operation,but no pains and complications for pathients,and so on .It is suitable especially for case of cervical spondylosis with shoulder periarthritis.
