摘　　要：上郡是秦汉时期中原王朝与北方草原匈奴必争之地,战略地位极为重要。拥有上郡,即可保证中原王朝的安全。上郡治所位于今何处,是众多文史学者和当地人关注的一件大事,历来各家说法不同。归纳起来,主要有二说:一为肤施说,一为绥德说,二者皆有文献依据。然考其文献记载,前者可能在今陕西榆林市榆阳区鱼河堡,后者可能在今陕西榆林市绥德县四十里铺。Shang Jun, a place for which both imperial court in Central Plains and Xiongnu in North prairies scramble in Qin and Han Dynasties. Capturing Shang Jun ensures security of imperial court in Central Plains. So far, Scholars haven＇t reached an agreement on the exact location of Shang Jun Zhi Suo. An investigation on some historical documents indicates that Shang Jun is the present Fu Shi or Sui De. The former is the present Yu He village, Yu Yang district, Yu Lin city, Shaanxi province, while the latter is the present Si Shi Li Pu, Sui De county, Yu Lin city, Shaanxi province.
