摘　　要：目的总结非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术（OPCABG）初步临床经验。方法回顾性总结采用该移植术的30例临床资料。结果30例均顺利完成OPCABG，平均搭桥2．8根，1例术后死亡（死亡原因为低心排综合征），29例均顺利康复出院，术后随访3～6个月，无心绞痛及心脏相关事件发生。结论OPCABG由于避免了体外循环损伤，减少了手术创伤和全身炎症反应，术后病死率低。Objective To review the preliminary clinical experience of the off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting（OPCABG）. Methods 30 patients with OPCAGB were reviewed. Results 30 patients were operated and recovered successfully with a mean transplantation of 2.8 vessels, except one patient was died of low cardiac output syndrome after operation. The patients had no angina and related cardiac events at 3 to 6 months follow-up visit after the operation. Conclusion Compared with CABG, the OPCABG is beneficial for the patient with coronary heart disease. The OPCABG may avoid the damage of cardio pulmonary bypass and decrease the mortality and lower trauma and the systemic inflammation reaction.
