摘 要:采用微波加热椰壳水蒸气活化法制备了活性炭,采用H-K方程、DFT理论表征了活性炭的孔结构,该活性炭的BET比表面积889 m^2/g,平均孔径0.55 nm;采用自制的实验装置进行了微波椰壳基活性炭吸附苯系物的工艺探索,研究了气体流速和吸附时间对活性炭吸附苯系物量的影响,当气体流速15 m^3/h,吸附时间8 d,活性炭5 g时,可将实验箱内300 mg的苯系物全部脱除,达到了国标GB/T 18883—2002对空气中苯系物浓度的要求。The active carbon is prepared by coconut shell heated by microwave and activated by vapour. The pore structure of the active carbon is characterized by DFT and H -K Equation. The BET specfic surface area is 889 m^2/g and the average pore diameter is 0. 55 nm. The process of adsorbing benzene series by the prepared active carbon on the self made experimental device is discussed and the influence of gas velosity and adsorbing time on the adsorbing quanty of benzene series is studied. The results show that the 300 mg benzene series in the experiment box can be removed thoroughly when the gas velosity is 15 m^3/h, adsorbing time is 8 days and the dosage of active carbon is 5 g. The purified gas reaches to the demond of GB/T 18883 - 2002.
