摘 要:对采自8个不同地区的49份花序下垂的披碱草属种质材料进行了形态学鉴定和分类。利用25个形态学特征对其进行了系统聚类和主成分分析。结果表明,这些种质材料属于老芒麦、垂穗披碱草和短芒披碱草3个种,而且在同一种内不同居群间具有较大的形态变异,根据这些形态变异,可将老芒麦分为典型老芒麦、粗壮多花老芒麦、分枝型老芒麦和密穗老芒麦4个类群(生态型);垂穗披碱草分为典型垂穗披碱草、高大多小穗垂穗披碱草和分枝型垂穗披碱草3个类群(生态型)。In this paper, 49 spike-drooping Elymus germaplasm samples collected from 8 different regions were morphologically identified and classified, and 25 morphological characteristics were also studied by cluster analysis and principal components analysis. The result indicated that these germplasm samples belonged to Elymus sibiricus, Elymus nutans and Elymus breviaristatus, respectively, and there were obvious variations among different populations of the same species. Therefore, E. sibiricus was divided into 4 different groups ( ecotypes ) : typical E. sibiricus, strong multi-flower E. sibiricus , spike-ramosed E. sibiricus and spikelet-densing E. sibiricus ; E. nutans was divided into 3 different groups ( ecotypes ): typical E. nutans, high multi-spikelet E. nutans and spike-ramosed E. sibiricus base on their morphological variations.
