Impact of Inter-planting Different Rice Varieties on the Chemical Components of Rice Stem

摘  要:选择一种高秆优质稻品种黄壳糯和一种粳稻品种合系41,应用水稻多样性混合间栽技术,分别在净栽和混合间栽模式中测定水稻基部茎秆葡萄糖、纤维素、木质素的含量,并结合稻瘟病的发生程度说明混合间栽对抗倒伏的影响。结果表明,无论是糯稻还是粳稻,基部茎秆化学物质的含量混合间栽比净栽的高。与抗倒伏率和发病率的相关分析表明,葡萄糖,纤维素,木质素的含量与抗倒伏率呈正相关性,与发病率呈负相关性,且相关系数最大的均为木质素含量,表明木质素含量在这3种化学物质含量中对抗倒伏方面的贡献最大。Hexi 41 as a japanica rice variety and Huang kenuo as a high stalk glutinous rice variety were chosen to study the contents of glucose, cellulose and lignin at the basal part of stem under different patterns of planting. The impact of monoculture and inter-planting to rice blast and lodging ratio were also analyzed. The results indicated that no matter Hexi 41 or Huang kenuo, the contents of glucose, cellulose and lignin of their basal stems under inter-planting were higher thar) those under monoculture planting. The correlation analysis showed that the contents of glucose, cellulose and lignin were positively related with the ratio of lodging resistance, but negatively related with the incidence of rice blast; among the three chemical components, lignin had the biggest correlation coefficient between the content and the ratio of lodging resistance and the incidence of rice blast. These results indicated that the content of lignin contributed most to the resistance of lodging under inter-planting
