摘  要:对马铃薯品种"中薯3号"的苗期植株喷施不同浓度的矮壮素(CCC,0 g/L,1.5 g/L,2.0 g/L,2.5g/L),研究CCC对植株生理特性的影响;应用32P示踪技术测定叶片中磷的含量。结果表明,CCC对叶片中磷的含量升高有影响,CCC浓度为2.0 g/L能明显促进植株在各生长时期叶片对含磷量的吸收;CCC使中薯3号在出苗后36 d的叶片净光合速率、细胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度均低于对照,而在出苗后的46 d、56 d和66d叶片净光合速率、细胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率最高;在中薯3号的生育期为36 d、46 d和56 d时,叶片含磷量与其净光合速率、细胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率都有显著的正相关关系。喷施不同浓度的CCC能增加中薯3号的产量,最高增产达10.10%。The effect of Chlorocholine Chloride, Chlormequat (CCC) on the physiological characteristics of the potato variety Zhongshu No. 3 was studied by spraying different concentrations of CCC (0 g/ L, 1.5 g/L, 2.0 g/L, 2.5 g/L) at the seedling stage. Using32p tracer technology, it was found that CCC increased the content of phosphate (P) in leaves and 2. 0 g/L of CCC increased the highest content of P in leaves at every stage. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatic conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of Zhongshu No. 3 sprayed with CCC were inferior to those of control at the growth period of 36 d. 2. 0 g/L of CCC had the best effect on the net photosynthetic rate, stomatic conduct- ance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of Zhongshu No. 3 at the growth stage of 46 d, 56 d and 66 d. There was a significantly positive correlation between content of P in leaves and the net photosynthetic rate, stomatic conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate in Zhongshu No. 3. The relative average yield per plant increased by 10. 01% through spraying Zhongshu No. 3 with 2.0 g/L CCC.
