摘  要:试验研究了沙金红、鸡蛋杏、猪皮水杏和金荷包等四个抗寒性不同的杏品种,揭示休眠期间花蕾细胞膜透性和脯氨酸含量变化与抗寒性的关系,经方差分析表明:①抗寒性强的品种沙金红脯氨酸含量高、增幅大,抗寒性弱的反之;②沙金红的电导率在4个品种中上升幅度最小,表现出对低温更强的耐受力,而其它3个品种相对耐受力小;③一元线性回归结果显示,沙金红的回归系数b的绝对值及常数项a值相对较小,表明回归直线的倾斜度比较平缓,即温度的降低对电导率的升高影响较小,对低温有较强耐力。因此得出结论:四个供试杏品种花蕾的抗寒性大小依次为沙金红>鸡蛋杏>猪皮水杏>金荷包。The study focused on the relationship between bud cell membrane permeability, proline level and cold resistance in 4 different almond varieties (Shangjinhong, Jidanxing, Zhunpishuixing and Jinhebao). The variance analysis revealed that ①the variety of shajinhong with strong cold resistance had a high level of proline, compared with other varieties with poor cold resistance; ②the ascending rate of electrolytic conductivity of Shajinhong was the smallest of these four varieties, which indicated that its cold resistance outperformed than other three varieties; ③the simple regression analysis showed that, the absolute value of regression coefficient b and constant a were smaller, which also indicated its strong resistance to low temperature. Thus, we came to the conclusion that the cold resistance of these four varieties were Shajinhong 〉 Jidanxing 〉 Zhunpishuixing 〉 Jinhebao.
