摘 要:以剪刀蘸取病毒液后剪叶和剪病叶后剪叶2种方式对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的传播效果进行研究。结果表明,2种方式均能传播TMV病毒病,发病率分别为57.1%和50.5%,剪叶是烟草漂浮育苗苗期病毒传播的主要途径;TMV的传播效率随剪苗数量的增加而降低,且95%以上集中在前30株被剪烟苗中。此结果对漂浮育苗生产中确定剪叶工具消毒方法和相关试验研究具有指导意义。The effects of two methods of cutting seedlings on the virus spread in flue-cured tobacco float- ing-seedling system were studied. One method was cutting healthy leaves after dipping scissors in tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) solution and the other was cutting healthy leaves after cutting diseased leaves. The results showed that both of the methods could spread TMV and the disease incidences were 57. 1% and 50. 5% respectively. Leaf-cutting was the main spread way of TMV in flue-cured tobacco floatingseedling system. The rate of TMV spread decreased as the number of the cut seedling increased and a- bove 95% of the infected seedlings were in the first 30 cut seedlings. It is useful to design the methods of sterilizing tools and direct other related tests in flue-cured tobacco floating-seedling system.
