摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆核心竞争力的内涵,提出了西部高校图书馆引入核心竞争力思想的必要性,并对如何构建和提升核心竞争力提出了一些建议。This paper analyzes the connotation of core competitive power of university library, advances the necessity of introducing the thought of core competitive power into the libraries of western universities, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct and promote the core competitive power.
