摘　　要：分析了现代网络环境下高校图书馆服务质量保障存在的主要不足,从服务理念、技术保障、文献资源和馆员队伍建设等方面提出了保障高校图书馆服务质量的措施。This paper analyzes the main shortages existing in service guarantee of university library under the network environment, and advances some measures for guaranteeing the service quality of university library from aspects of service concept, technique guarantee, literature resource and librarian rank construction.
