摘　　要：介绍了高校图书馆知识服务的含义及特征,探讨了新形势下电子阅览室知识服务的信息资源数据库建设、主要技术支撑及对图书馆员业务素质的要求等。This paper introduces the connotations and features of the knowledge service in university library, and probes into the information resource database construction, main technical support and professional quality requirements of librarians in the knowledge service of E-reading room under the new situation.
