摘　　要：论述了图书馆形象的内涵及其组成要素,指出图书馆形象的提升主要依靠馆员忠诚和创造性的服务。This paper expounds the connotations and elements of library image, and points out that the promotion of library image relies mainly on the loyalty and innovative service of librarians.
