摘　　要：管状带式输送机是一种新型物料输送系统,具有密封环保性好、输送线可沿空间曲线灵活布置、输送倾角大、复杂地形条件下单机运输距离长等特点,同时还具有建设成本低、安装维护方便、使用可靠等优点。莱钢已投用的4条管状带式输送机,每天运转时间均在23 h左右,焦炭输送机运送能力达250 t/h,矿粉输送机运送能力为800 t/h。Tubular belt conveyor is a kind of new material conveying system and have many characteristics such as good seal environmental protection, the conveying line curving to arrange along the space, big transport obliquity, a long stand-alone distance at sophisticating geography term and have many advantages, for instance, low construction cost, eonvenient installation and maintenance convenience, dependable usage etc. Laiwu Steel＇s 4 tubular belt conveyors in service run for 23 hours or so everyday, the conveying capacities of coke conveyors and the mineral powder conveyor reached to 250 and 800 tons per hour respectively.
