摘  要:文章介绍了小直径电磁探伤仪地面数据采集系统的结构、工作原理及实现方法。小直径电磁探伤仪地面数据采集系统作为小直径电磁探伤仪应用系统中必不可少的重要组成部分,是井下仪器的供电和上传信号的接收、处理、解码、编码及显示的平台。经过反复实验和现场应用表明,该地面数据采集系统具有性能稳定、精确度高等优点,可以满足小直径电磁探伤仪推广应用及科研实验的需要。The structure, working principle and realization method of the surface data acquisition system which belong to the surface data acquisition system of slim diameter electromagnetic defectoscope are introduced in this paper. The surface data acquisition system of slim diameter electromagnetic defectoscope, as an important part of the slim diameter electromagnetic defectoscope application system, is the power supply of the down hole instrument and the platform of the up logging signal′s receiving, processing, decoding, coding and displaying. The repeated experiments and field application indicate that the system which has many advantages such as stable capability,high accuracy,and high credibility, satisfy the demand of slim diameter electromagnetic defectoscope′s expansion application and research experiment.
