摘　　要：江西崇义新安子钨锡矿属石英大脉型矿床,勘查程度较低,原采掘工程不规范,资源浪费较为严重。崇义章源钨制品有限公司接管后制定并实施了"返上回收资源、向下开拓探矿、周边找矿评价、充分利用资源"的探采方案,探矿增储、资源利用取得显著成效。The tungsten and tin ores of Jiangxi Xin＇anzi Mining Co., Ltd. can be classified as quartz deposit. In the past years, there had been a great resource waste for its non-standard excavation engineering and inadequate exploration efforts. After its taking-over by Chongyi Zhangyuan Tungsten Co., Ltd, it took a lot of innovative measures to improve the resource utilization rate. This paper introduces these measures.
