摘  要:用PROⅡ大型过程模拟软件对油气回收系统进行了模拟优化,分析了吸收塔进液量、真空泵进口压力以及吸收塔理论塔板数对油气回收率和尾气浓度的影响,将真空泵进口压力由5.3kPa调整至3kPa,吸收塔理论塔板数由9调整至13,吸收塔进液量由60t·h-1调整至35t·h-1,大大降低了回收成本,且使尾气中油气体积分数由3.9755%降低到2.2622%,油气回收率由95.1%提高到98.7%,优化效果明显。In this paper,PRO II software was used to stimulate and optimize the vapor recovery system.The influence of different factors on the vapor recovery rate and the tail gas content were analyzed too,such as the incoming liquid amount of the absorber,the inlet pressure of the vacuum pump and the theoretic plate number of the absorber.Then the inlet pressure of the vacuum pump was decreased from 5.3kPa to 3 kPa,the theoretical plate number of the absorber was increased from 9 to 13,the incoming liquid amount of the absorber were adjusted from 60t·h-1 to 35t·h-1.As a result,the recovery cost was reduced greatly,the concentration of exhaust gas was reduced from 3.9755% to 2.2622% and the vapor recovery efficiency is improved from 95.1% to 98.7%,which had the obvious optimization effect.
