摘  要:以介孔分子筛SBA-15-SO3H为催化剂,甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)和苯酚为原料,在钢密封间歇反应釜中进行了合成对叔丁基苯酚的烷基化实验研究。实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量对反应转化率、选择性的影响以及催化剂的稳定性。实验结果表明,SBA-15-SO3H分子筛是合成对叔丁基苯酚的一种理想催化剂。It was showed that the SBA-15-SO_3H molecular sieve was effective as the catalyst for the synthesis of p-t-butyl-phenol,which was formed by the alkylation of MTBE with phenol in a closed batch reactor.Moreover,the effects of different factors on the reaction conversion and selectivity and the catalyst stability were also checked in this paper,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,the ratio of MTBE and phenol and the catalyst weight,etc.The experimental result showed that the SBA-15-SO_3H molecular sieve was one ideal catalyst for the synthesis of p-t-butyl-phenol.
