摘  要:通过对桥梁养护数据管理、安全状态评估、养护辅助决策分析、信息共享等需求进行分析的基础上,应用Web-GIS技术和基于B/S网络结构技术对桥梁养护管理系统(BMMS)进行了设计,给出了系统结构、功能模块和养护评估模型;应用面向对象的软件开发技术研制了基于区域性管理的桥梁养护管理系统。将所设计的方案和研制的软件应用于江苏省汾灌高速公路桥梁养护的实际工程中,结果表明,桥梁缺损状况的评估结果与江苏高速公路工程养护有限公司技术工程师的评估结果一致,证实了所开发系统(BMMS)的可操作性,并实现了各个职能部门的信息共享和桥梁养护的区域性管理。Based on analysis of the evaluating, auxiliary decision making, used to design the Bridge Maintenance requirements including bridge maintenance data managing, safety state and information sharing, the Web-GIS and B/S network technologies were Management System (BMMS) . The system architecture, function model and evaluation model were given. The object-oriented software developing technologies was applied to develop BMMS on the basis of regional management. By means of the designing scheme and software in the application of bridge maintenance practical project on the Fengnan Expressway of Jiangsu Province, the defect evaluation results of bridge status corresponds with calculation of technology engineers from Jiangsu Expressway Engineering Maintenance Co. Ltd. Maneuverability of developed BMMS was confirmed. The software was developed to realize information share of maintenance agency and regional management of bridge maintenance.
