摘　　要：宪政和法治的经验和样式都是西方的,当下中国如何践行宪政和法治呢?《宪政与法治的中国语境》一书从西方经验和中国意义、当下中国法律发展中的中国法律问题的反思和传统与民间的观照三个研究进路对此进行分析,直面中国宪政和法治发展中的问题,解读中国语境下的宪政和法治发展,彰显宪政与法治研究的中国意义。The experience and style of Constitutionalism and Rule-by-law stem from west countries, and then, how do China exercise Constitutionalism and Rule-by-law？ The book--＂ language environment of China surrounding Constitutionalism and Rule-by-law＂ discusses this problem. It recalls the experience of west countries, and analyses the legal practice problems in the law evolution of China, meanwhile, the author pays attention to both tradition and folk when he discusses the problem. By analyzing the problem in the development of Constitutionalism and Rule-by-law in China, as well as illustrating the language environment of China during its development of Constitutionalism and Rule-by-law, the book emphasizes the significance of research of Constitutionalism and Rule-by-law in China.
