摘　　要：介绍了提高氧气产量的可行性分析,通过采取提高精馏塔的精馏能力、严格控制污氮氧含量、提高膨胀机制冷效率和控制氩馏分组分在合适的范围内的优化操作,使空分设备的氧产量由原来的3500m^3/h提高到3800～3900m^3/h,比设计产量提高了10%,取得了较好的经济效益。A feasibility analysis focuses on the increment of oxygen output.The oxygen output has been increased by roughly 10%,from 3500m^3/h to 3800～3900m^3/h,with the operation optimization such as enhancing the capacity of rectification column,strictly limiting the oxygen content in waste nitrogen,increasing refrigeration efficiency of expander and controlling the components of argon fraction into a suitable range.As a result,a good economical benefit has been achieved.
