摘　　要：介绍武钢氧气公司10000m3/h空分设备分子筛纯化系统出口空气二氧化碳含量超标现象,对故障原因进行了详细分析和排查,制定出合理的处理措施,使故障在停车期间得到较好的处理。The malfunction of over-standard carbon dioxide content in the air at the outlet of molecular sieve purification system of a 10000m^3/h air separation unit at Wuhan Iron and Steel Group is introduced.The cause for the malfunction was analyzed and detected,and reasonable treatment measures were also proposed.As a result,the malfunction has been successfully cleared off during the shutdown period.
