摘　　要：介绍了新型3列5级无水润滑氧压机汽缸带水的故障现象,从氧气充装流程、氧压机运行方式和氧压机结构3方面进行了原因分析,最后提出了排除故障的措施。Malfunction phenomenon of water entrainment in the cylinder of a novel 3-column 5-stage water-free lubricated oxygen compressor is described.The cause of the malfunction is analyzed from three aspects,i.e.oxygen-charging process,configuration,and operation mode of oxygen compressor.The measures of malfunction elimination are also proposed.
