反相高效液相色谱法测定胃舒宁片中甘草酸含量

摘　　要：目的测定胃舒宁片中甘草酸的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-0.017mol/L磷酸溶液(35∶65)为流动相,柱温为35℃,检测波长为250nm。结果甘草酸质量浓度线性范围为20～180μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.23%,RSD为1.10%(n=5)。结论该方法灵敏度、回收率、准确度均较高,可控制胃舒宁片的甘草酸含量。Objective To determine the glycyrrhizic acid content in Weishuning Tablet. Methods RP-HPLC was used with 18 alkyl silane Bonded Silica as the filler, acetonitrie - 0. 017 mol/L phosphoric acid solution （35：65） as the mobile phase. The column temperature was 35 ℃ ,the UV detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results Under the chromatograph conditions,the linear range was 20- 180 μg/mL, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery, rate was 100.23%, RSD was 1. 10% （n =5）. Conclusion This method is sensitive. The recovery rate and accuracy are high. It can control the glycyrrhizic acid content in Weishuning Tablet.
