复方磺胺嘧啶银乳膏的制备及应用

摘　　要：目的改进传统磺胺嘧啶银乳膏的处方及制备工艺并制备复方制剂,以降低乳膏的黏稠度,提高制剂稳定性,增强乳膏抗菌、生肌效果。方法采用研合法,按照等量递加原则将药物粉末与乳膏基质(O/W)调和均匀后制成乳膏,观察60例烧、烫伤患者的疗效。结果改进后产品黏稠度适宜,易于涂布,质量可靠,临床有效率达100%。结论该制剂处方合理、制备工艺可行,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To improve the prescription of the traditional sulphadiazine silver cream and the technology of preparation, to manufacture the compound preparation for reducing the viscosity of cream emulsion,increasing the stability of the preparation and enhancing the effect of resisting bacterium and growing muscle. Methods Adopting the methods of research compound, the medicinal powder was blended with cream base （O/W） smoothly according to the principle of progressively increasing in equal amount. To observe 60 cases of burn and scald patients＇ effects in the treatment. Results The viscosity of the product was suitable and easy to smear,the quality was reliable. The effective rate reached 100 pereent in clinieal observation. Conclusion The prescription of the preparation is suitable. The technology of the preparation is feasible. The curative effect is reliable. It merits spreading.
