摘　　要：目的观察氨基葡萄糖对创伤性膝关节炎的疗效。方法对32例创伤性膝关节炎患者给予口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗6周,治疗前后采用奎森指数评分并分析治疗效果。结果32例患者中8例缓解,18例显效,5例有效,总有效率为96.88%。治疗前后奎森指数有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论氨基葡萄糖治疗创伤后膝关节炎有良好疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of glucosamine in treating traumatic oral glucosamine hydrochloride for 6 weeks.
