摘　　要：本文设计并实现了一个基于DSP利单片机的语音录放系统，本系统由DSP实现对语音信号的压缩存储，减少了存储的数据量，由单片机实现对整个系统的控制、显示等功能，方便了系统的人机交互，整个系统具有录音、放音、进退、停止等功能。本文主要研究了硬件实现、调试和软件设计流程。The thesis design and realize A Digital Compressed Voice Record-Play System Based On DSP and SCM. The system can realize the compress of the voice signal and reduce the stored data by the DSP ,the process of the system is controlled and by the SCM, which is convenient for the interaction between people and the system. The system has the following functions： recording, playing, advance and retreat, stop. The thesis mainly study the realization and debugging of the hardware and the flow of the design of software.
