摘 要:基于4个U型插板钢管连接节点的承载力特性的试验研究,考虑材料非线性和几何非线性,对U型插板钢管节点的承载力特性进行了非线性有限元分析.比较试验及计算分析得到的钢管连接节点的承载力-位移变形曲线,试验结果与计算分析结果吻合较好.由于U型插板钢管节点的焊缝为空间焊缝而处于拉、压、剪的复杂应力状态,对钢管节点连接的极限承载力有较大的影响——降低承载力;分析比较由有限元计算分析得到等效厚度平面焊缝的承载力特性-变形特性,得出空间焊缝极限屈服承载力要比一般的平面焊缝屈服极限承载力低,用一般平面焊缝的计算公式计算不合适.Based on test research on beating behaviors of 4 steel tube connections with U-type flash board, nonliesnear finite element analyses of the beating behavior, in which the material and geometry nonlinearities were considered, were performed. The load-displacement relations obtained by analyses have a good coincidence with those from tests. The welded seam has significant effect to reduce the ultimate strength, because the welded seams of steel tube connection with U-type flash board are in space condition and stressed complexly under tension, compression and shear. Having analyzed equivalent thickness plane welded seam beating capacity-displacement relation by FEM, it was obtained that the ultimate yield capacity of space welded seam is lower than that of welded seam in plane. It can be concluded that converitional formulas to calculate the bearing capacities of steel tube connections are not suitable to estimate those ultimate bearing capacities.
