摘　　要：概述了GPS(全球定位系统)P码产生原理,用Matlab的m语言实现了P码的产生,进而分析了其自相关和互相关特性,为进一步研究P码直接捕获和P(Y)码的破译提供了依据。仿真结果表明,设计P码发生器程序的正确性。In this paper,the basic principle of p code generator is introduced,and then it produces P code using matlab. Furthermore,it analyzes its characteristic of autocorrelation and cross--correlation, which provides the proof for further study directing P code acquisition and decipher of P（Y） code. The results of simulation prove that the programme which produces P code is preciseness
