摘 要:结合轴的工作过程,分析了轴颈磨损的磨合阶段、稳定阶段、故障阶段的特点,并根据粗糙度和磨损量的变化,给出了轴类零件轴颈磨损极限的判定标准.由于磨损过程具有模糊性,各影响因素也具有相当的不确定性,即这些因素具有模糊性,故将其处理为模糊变量更为合理.所以,根据模糊可靠性设计相关理论,给出了轴类零件轴颈磨损量的模糊可靠性计算方法,可用于轴的设计、使用和检验.The working course of combination axle, the stage of analysing the running-in of journal wear is stabilized the characteristic of stage and fault stage,and basis the change of surface roughness and wear extent,have given axle kind of element for journal wear limit judge standard. Since wear process has vagueness, each influencing factor also has considerable uncertainty, these factors have vagueness, so, it is more reasonable for vague variable to handle it. According to the vague related theory of design for reliability, the vague reliability calculating method of making axle kind of element for journal wear extent was given, which can be used in axle design, use and inspection.
