摘　　要：运筹学模型的建立,为解决复杂的经济问题提供了科学的依据.因此,运筹学是现代经济管理的重要辅助工具,它用科学的方法研究现实世界运行系统的现象和其中具有典型意义的优化问题,从中提出具有共性的模型,寻求解决模型的方法[1].如今运筹学在政府投资预算等方面也得到了广泛应用.Establishment of the operational research model provides a scientific basis for solving complicated economic problems. Therefore, operational research is an imp ortant auxiliary tool of modern economic administration. By means of scientific methods it studies the phenomena of real world operating system and its typical optimization problems, from which it abstracts similar models and searches for methods of solving the models. Nowadays operational research is widely applied in governmental investment budget.
