摘 要:以氨水作为络合剂,使用水合肼作为还原剂制备超细铜粉,通过正交实验确定最优工艺。通过条件试验对正交实验结果进行验证,两者结果基本一致。最优工艺制得的单个超细铜粉颗粒的粒度分布为2—3μm,厘米电阻3.2mΩ,产率93%。对该实验扩大到产量1kg,获得相似的结果,制备成本低廉,具有较强的应用价值。Ultrafine copper powder was prepared using hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent and ammonia water as the complexing agent. The optimum preparing process was determined via orthogonal experiment. The orthogonal results were confirmed and consistent with the factor experiment. The uhrafine copper powder grain prepared under the optimum condition was 2 to 3 μm in size. The resistance of the grain was 3.2 mΩ/cm and the yield rate was 93%. Similar results were obtained when the yield was increased to 1 kg. It is indicated that the preparation method is low in cost with considerable application benefits.
