摘　　要：针对建筑面积计算在房地产业和建筑业的作用,分析了现行建筑面积计算规则中存在的问题,并在归纳总结2005版《建筑工程建筑面积计算规范》计算思路的基础上,提出了关于建筑面积计算规则的几点思考,以供参考。Aiming at action of architectural acreage calculation in real estate and architectural industry, it analyses the problems existed in current architectural acreage calculating regulation, and puts forward a few thoughts on the architectural acreage calculating regulation on base of summing up the 2005 construction project architectural acreage calculating regulation, to supply reference.
