摘　　要：结合习水县城至桐梓县新站改建公路工程,研究了现有公路的背景和状况,阐述了拟建项目的作用,对项目远景交通量预测、通行能力和服务水平及公路等级的选定进行了分析,提出了该工程的建设规模和技术标准,具有一定的参考价值。Combined with the rebuilt road project from Xishui county to Tongzi county new station, it researches the background and actuality of current road, elaborates the function of planning item. It also analyzes the item telescope traffic amount observation, traveling ability, service level as well as road grade. It also brings forward the constructing scale and skill standard of this project, which has a certain referring value.
