摘　　要：[目的]了解赣州市医疗机构不明原因肺炎病例监测敏感性,评估前期传染病防控知识培训效果。[方法]采用现场问卷调查的方式收集相关信息,分析市、县、乡三级医疗机构临床医生对不明原因肺炎定义判断和报告处置情况。[结果]赣州市市级医疗机构不明原因肺炎病例监测敏感性明显高于县、乡级(P<0.01),但县级与乡级无差异(P>0.05)。县、乡级机构各科室间不明原因肺炎病例监测敏感性有差异(P<0.01),内儿科最高、普通门诊最低。医生职称高低及是否接受培训是影响医生不明原因肺炎病例监测敏感性的主要因素,职称越高敏感性越强,接受培训者明显敏感于未接受培训者;但在本单位接受培训和到上级接受培训对诊断和报告无差异(P>0.05)。[结论]赣州市县、乡级医疗机构不明原因肺炎病例监测敏感性较低,前期培训效果良好但缺乏连续性。[Objeetive]To understand the sensitivity of unknown pneumonia surveillance in medical institutes in Gan- zhou,evaluate the training effect on the prevention and control of infectious diseases. [Methods]On-the spot qucstioimaire was conducted to collect the related information. The definition of unknown pneumonia and report in medical institutes at municipal,county and town levels were analyzed, [Results]The sensitivity of unknown pneumonia surveillance in medical institute at municipal level was higher than that at county and town levels （ P 〈0.01）. While there was no difference between the medical institutes at county and town levels （ P 〉0, 05）, But there was a difference of the surveillance sensitivity in different departments in medical institutes at county and town levels （ P〈0.01）. There was a strong sensitivity in pediatric department,while it was weaker in general department. Title of a professional post and the effect of training course were the main influencing factors to the sensitivity. The higher the professional title, the stronger sensitivity the doctors will have. The doctors attending training course were more sensitive to unknown pneumonia than that the doctors not attending training course, But there was no difference of the definition and report for the doctors attending training course at different places （ P〉0.05）. [Conelusion]The sensitivity to unknown pneumonia was weaker in medical institutes at county and town levels. The effect of training course was good, but no continuity.
