摘　　要：[目的]了解包头市桶装饮用水(纯净水、矿泉水)卫生质量,以便进一步规范桶装水的生产,为卫生监督管理提供科学依据。[方法]2006年对包头市64家桶装水(纯净水、矿泉水)生产企业进行了现场调查和样品检测。[结果]检测桶装饮用水134份,合格58份,总合格率43.28%。其中微生物指标均合格的70份,合格率为52.99%;理化指标均合格的112份,合格率为85.58%。[结论]包头市桶装水卫生状况较差,需要卫生监督部门进一步对生产企业人员进行卫生知识培训,加大对其监督力度,以保证产品卫生质量,保障人民的身体健康。[Objective]To understand hygienic quality of water loaded in barrels in Baotou, further standard the production of water loaded in barrels, provide scientific basis for sanitary supervision and management. [Methods]On-the-spot investigation was conducted and water samples collected from 64 enterprises in Baotou were tested in 2006. [Results] 134 barreled drinking water samples were tested,58 of them were up to standard, and the total qualified rate was 43.28%. In these samples, the samples of valid microorganism target were 70, and the qualified rate was 52.99 %;the samples of valid physicochemical target were 112, and the qualified rate was 85.58 %. [Conclusion]The hygiene condition of drinking water loaded in barrels in Baotou was worse. Training on hygienic knowledge for employecs from the production enterprise should be further carried out. Surveillance and inspection must be strengthened to ensure the hygienic quality and the people＇s health.
