摘　　要：[目的]了解通辽市市区健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌带菌情况及其免疫抗体水平。[方法]采集调查对象咽拭子，现场接种至羊血巧克力琼脂培养基，于5％的二氧化碳环境37℃培养24～72h，进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌分离和鉴定，血清抗体测定采用酶联免疫吸附试验法。[结果]210名健康人中，检出革兰氏染色阴性脑膜炎双球菌8株，经分离鉴定均为B群，总带菌率为3．81％；A群抗体阳性率为66．67％；C群抗体阳性率为45．71％。[结论]本地区流脑抗体水平较低．没有达到免疫屏障的作用，要加强流脑防控工作，提高人群免疫力。[Objective]This investigation was conducted to investigate the prevalence of Neisseria meningitidis and the level of immune antibody among healthy population in Tongliao city. [Methods]Throat swab was collected from the target people and vaccinated on sheep blood chocolate agar culture medium and it was cultured for 24-27h in the condition of 5 % carbon dioxide at 37 ℃. Separation and identification of Neisseria meningitides was conducted ; serum antibody was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. [Results]8 strains of gram-negative neisseria meningitidis were detected in 210 healthy persons, which were all identified as 13 colony, and the total carrier rate was 3.81%. The positive rates of antibody A and C were 66.67% and 45.71% respectively. [Conclusion]The level of the antibody against meningitis was relatively low, which didn＇t play a role of immunization barrier. Prevention and control of epidemic meningitis should be enhanced. The immunity of the population should be improved.
